BF Inspections Ltd (Building Facade), was founded in May 2015 by Aidan Doyle and is based in Ireland, but operates globally.

BF Inspections Ltd is an exciting company and has been formed on the back of 32 years of experience in the curtain wall industry from making curtain wall windows for some of the most prestigious landmark buildings in the world. BF Inspections Ltd was established to bring this wealth of experience to the industry offering inspection, monitoring, setting up custom quality control methods for individual projects, and review services to ownership, architect’s, and builders, competitively. Since we started operation we have been involved in some prestigious landmark buildings in the world, and have had great success in attracting clients (owners, architects and contractors) to help achieve better quality facade systems from their chosen suppliers all over the world.

Past Experience:

Aidan Doyle, the principle who has worked in the curtain wall industry for more than 32 years. His career started in the UK, and Europe with glazing contractors and then with Harmon Contract eventually leaving Europe, to Asia. He spent 23 years in Asia running assembly shops in Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore for both Harmon and Benson. Over these years, he has built a vast experience in the assembly, design and installation of curtain wall while providing high quality walls for owners and architects of landmark buildings worldwide.

Experience Summary:

· 32 years (23 in the Asian region) of experience, specialising in the management and supervision of shop assembly and glazing, and installation of curtain wall for industrial, commercial and residential buildings.

· Extensive experience in shop assembly and glazing of curtain wall, project management, quality control, material (component) development and procurement, co-ordination with main contractors, architects, and facade consultants.

· Experience in Europe, Asia, and North America, managing diverse labour forces from unionised labour in America to migrant labour forces in Asia.

· Setting up of fixtures and lines in assembly shops in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, and continuing with the overall management of these shops for the assembly of unitised curtain wall for projects worldwide.

· Preparation of project specific, quality control plans, inspection and test plans, health and safety management systems, including risk assessments, safe work procedures and method statements.

· Working with engineers to prepare shop drawings, part drawings, including curtain wall and glazing installations with structural and architectural interfaces.
