Specification, Drawing Overview: Reviewing specifications, red lining drawings, highlighting weak areas or weaknesses.

Materials Procurement Quality: Factory assesments. Factories visits to insure (Glass, Aluminum, Stone, Stainless Steel, Gaskets, ect) are being made to the highest quality and meet the standards and specifications set out. Review quality control procedures for material manufacturing.

Installation Process: Site visits to insure the wall is being installed as per the approved drawings.

Mock Up Inspection: Mock up extrusion dry fits, to insure fabrication is correct. Visiting mock up testing in the chamber to insure it preforms as specified, offers advise on issues found.

Shop Assembly Process: Assembly shop visits to insure the units are being assembled and glazed as per the approved drawings. Review quality control procedures for assembly and glazing of unitised curtain wall.

Onsite Testing: Witnessing of field testing to insure these are carried out properly and insuring the wall preforms on the building as specified,

Inspections can be done at source or on site and daily reports and full visit reports issued on completion of each inspection.
